The ATA uses Instagram and Pinterest! How cool is this sister-city organization?
Just click on the Instagram button you see here and then add your own photos to our Instagram feed. The Pinterest button (the red one with the P in the center) is on our homepage along with other social networking sites.
Several board members indicated that Instagram is the latest and greatest way to post photos to our website/blog/facebook and Twitter accounts so, of course, I can’t dismiss good advice when I hear it. We need followers and followings so please contact us if you’re interested in seeing our postings from Tula, Russia.
Speaking of which… our Essay Contest winners, Will Heatley and Margaret Keesee will be visiting Tula this October 5-12 with Chaperone Education Committee Chair Barbara Webster. School #3 will be hosting us with a planned visit to Lyceum #4. If there is time, the students hope to learn more about a river research project along the River Upa that runs through the Tula Oblast. Our Essay Contest winners will coordinate a live talk-back session via SKYPE with students at Tech Valley High.
