Our Vodka Art Event on Friday evening was a wonderful success. Old friends and several new faces showed up to learn about Russian toasting, taste Pristine vodka, dabble in Zakuski and win a door prize or two.
Last minute, a case of Baltika Russian beer (huge 16.9 oz bottles) was donated by the Mark Crisafulli, co-owner of Oliver’s Beverage Center. Many thanks Mark!
And great big thank you to the venue, the beautiful Albany Institute of History and Art, for letting us share the space.
This fundraiser, the first of its kind for the ATA, will help send two Capital Area high school students to our sister-city Tula, Russia this year. Many thanks to everyone for being a part of something so dear to my heart!
